Bug description: Stormbringer stopped proc today on Stormstrike it looks like mastery isn't counted towards chance to proc anymore.
Proof: Hard to provide proof here.

Funny how i made 123123123 topics about it, that was bugged and all the rats started to cry , saying that omg is working fine, learn to play, bla bla bla. Also got banned couple of times for getting into arguments with low IQ animals...

Now that someone finally found what was bugged and the proc got fixed, the plebs don't know how to play that class anymore

Just be happy that you played a broken bugged dogshit class for "almost" the entire expansion.

Oh stormstrike will be on top once they fix flame tongue damage. So don't worry about it. Soon it will all be fixed

You're getting less procs because of a fix on flametongue attacks being able to proc stormbringer (which they shouldn't be able to) and thats why you're doing less damage, if there's a real issue that isnt related to this please do report it and provide proof, because neither me or the devs can work with "Im doing less dmg pls fix"
