Bug description: The mobs are spam casting Arcane Rebound

The mob is currently working as intended because in order to stop her from casting "Arcane Rebound" you have to interrupt that cast at least once so you force her to change school of magic by casting something else. By checking the video that you've posted, at 0:16 the DH is interrupting one "Arcane Rebound" cast with Disrupt which means "Interrupts the enemy's spellcasting and locks them from that school of magic for 3 sec." (so disable "Arcane Rebound" for 3 seconds so the mob is forced to change cast), after that interrupt she casted another spell but with a different school of magic (polymorph). Also at 0:03 you're interrupting "Arcane Rebound" with "Mind Freeze" and she changed again school of magic and she casted something else "Aqua spout"..

So basically if you let her spam cast Arcane Rebound with never interrupting she will spam that cast because its like a "priority cast" for her.
