Class hall quests/defenders bug

Bug description: class hall quest bug
Proof:

While playing on test 7.3.5 (spring), I decided to play as a druid, reached 110, went through the entire class hall campaign, developed the feral artifact, went through the Argus campaign at the first location, after a week - the character was rolled back (achievements, experience, artifact development , quests), after that there are no available class hall quests, defenders are not evolve and I have only 2 defenders in my class hall - quest for more of them are not available too.
I like my druid and don't want to delete him and start again - can something be done with my situation?

Uh, Test 7.3.5 hasn't been online in a few months now.
Do you mean the live realm?
If so, check a guide for your class and make sure you have completed all the quests.

I was played this druid since the times when 7.3.5 was just present on Freakz and haven't come on live realm yet, and now I decide to look on him more closely and faced this bug - when i don't have any class hall quests (I checked guide) and don't have any opportunities for more champions also my 2 champions don't get xp and levels for missions
