Bug description: Most of the mobs in mythic dungeons stopped moving after they are aggroed. Those in the video are just one example, it happens across all dungeons to apparently random mobs.

This is also happening mostly on the first big pull of seat, all the time. Any idea about how to replicate it or why this happen?
