Bug description: When using flamestrike spam on big aoe if you get a hot streak while hard casting flame strike the cast eats the proc so you only get 1 flamestrike out instead of the 2 you should get.

Added a gif for proof and a comparison with pyroblast as pyroblast works the same way and is how flamestrike should work.

It isn't an issue with Flamestrike,it is the Trait Aftershocks that is causing this,also you should never hardcast flamestrike. Trello Card.
