Powers don't work since I passed the alliance

Hello, I wanted to report since I transferred my character from the horde to the alliance, some powers work badly for me as invisibility, I use the power after 3 seconds it is supposed to make me invisible but nothing happens, then also chains of missions like the one from Stormheim and class headquarters I can not continue or start them because first in the class headquarters they disappeared and in Stormheim the npc appears Horde and no alliance does not let me speak to it, look in other npc where the mission is supposed to continue but I cannot do that mission chain to gain reputation
I hope you can help me and give me a solution or at least know if I return my character to the horde that problem will be solved

If you're reporting something, please follow the rules of making 1 bug per 1 report. Reporting multiple bugs in one report is usually ignored as it's messy and inconvenient. Report the "powers" seperately, follow the template of the bug report. About the quests in general, you need to track down the last quests you completed from those questlines (Stormheim and Class Hall) and continue from where you've left off. Use some guides like this: https://wow.gamepedia.com/Stormheim_storyline .

You can also use this macro to track down the quests and double check if you completed them or not:

Check each quest and replace the "00000" with the quest ID from our database.
