[Demon Hunter] [Havoc] Fel Barrage vs Haste

Bug description: Fel Barrage should gain additional ticks in it's fixed channel duration from additional haste, causing the spell to both deal more total DPS and more total damage as your haste increases. Right now on freakz this doesn't work which simply means that there's no difference in the cast, whether if it's with 30% haste or 300% haste. The ticks are still 9 which shouldn't happen.

Those topics are from BfA but I guess that ever since the spell got reworked in 7.2.5 it should work like that.

there is a video from 7.3.0 where he has Time Warp effect. 1:27 I am not pretty sure if the bolts are either 9 or 10 because it is very hard to see them at some point, but in my personal opinion and after watching the video in 0.25 speed, the bolts are 10. (Default ticks/bolts are 9)

Haste doesn't scale with Fel Barrage at all. You receive 9 ticks with both 0 and 184% haste.
