Bug description: Mennu the Betrayer in The Slave Pens is only dropping netherweave cloth, some coin, and very rarely a grey item.

I have included this link to his loot table showing that at least the item I am trying to get has a 90% drop chance to drop but Mennu has not dropped a single blue or green item in 10 runs. As a test, I checked the other bosses and none of them dropped any green/blue/purple items either.
