Argent tournament cross faction mounts and titles

Bug description: In 7.2.5, argent tournament faction mounts and titles were made to be account wide in a way that if you are doing argent dailies on an alliance toon and get the mounts/titles, your horde character will get the counter part. But this doesn't work on freakz making it problematic to farm the mounts/titles without the rep rate increase. Please fix this.

Confirmed, this doesn't work for any mount that has an opposite faction version.
