Bug description: I haven't dropped a legendary one for 2 months and this is the object that doesn't drop me, I do all the game content daily and weekly, I don't understand why it doesn't drop if I do so much content, this only happens with my rogue because my other characters i don't have this problem

This is not a bug, and it's not related neither to the legendary itself nor your character. It just means that you should continue farming and you will drop the legendary you need eventually because the BLP system works fine.
