[REJECTED] [DUPLICATE] [Court of Stars] Missing buff objects

Bug description: Currently the Bazaar Goods and Umbral Bloom objects which give their respective effects/buffs in Court of Stars never spawn and they haven't since the new patch.
Also, I believe that in instance entries where these are meant to spawn and they don't the group receives 1 less buff that they would be able to use throughout the dungeon.

Proof: I cannot provide any tangible proof since the objects are never spawned, however I'm yet to discuss this with a player that has ever had either of those buffs in any dungeon run since the new patch.

Umbral Bloom spawns quite alot actually, and its on the same spot as before, it's just a smaller object compared to others and itself (from 7.2) hence making it harder to notice.

Bazaar Goods however, I haven't seen spawn at all during this patch (if its the same location as it was on 7.2).. Every other buff worked fine btw.

Maybe the probability is low but I got the debuff in like 2 resets.
