WoW Freakz item link: Illidari Items
Bug description: 106 Lv Demon Hunter cant wear 800ilv illidari items, and gets an error message that says you need to be -9 level to wear it.

Is your demon hunter migrated?

The same issue was reported here and it happens sometimes to migrated Demon Hunters. So please follow those steps from the post that I've linked you and your issue should get solved.
