[REJECTED] [Frost Mage] [Splitting Ice Tier 6 Talent] Is unable to crit

Bug description:
The secondary Ice Lance generated by Splitting Ice is unable to crit.
It is not affected by your base crit chance or by shatter at all and is 100% unable to crit
The secondary Ice Lance should be able to benefit from Fingers of Frost which in turn should make it able to benefit from Shatter.

Proof:

The mage in question has or is close to crit cap which is easily veryfiable by checking his flurry crits on his overall:

if you take a look at his trash pulls (this is from a NL so there are 4 trash segments) you will see that he has close to 50% crit
which leads to conclude that the secondary ice lance doesnt crit whatsoever:

starting from 5:50 if you watch closely at 25% speed you will see that Ice Lance indeed is able to crit

I already told you on discord it works fine it is just shown on details as a normal hit instead of crit,splitting ice ice lance always benefits from fingers of frost as it should https://i.imgur.com/0BdSEbi.png .Rejected.
