Details: (optional) : When I was back on the ship it didn't complete the quest. I tried to abandon the quest, log out, and delete the cache folder. Disabling addon didn't help as well.

Please try to unstuck your character and disable your addons then try again.

You edited your post and even in the edited version, there's no information about you using unstuck.

I can't reproduce your issue and many players completed this quest without problem. Can you please make a video of your issue?

Considering I completed this quest without issues couple of days ago I took a look at your screenshot where you are back at Vindicar. To me it seems like you went to Krokun Vindicar, you should go to Macare Vindicar. I know it sounds bizarre but that might be the issue. (As there are few other quests that require you to be on certain vindicar, not all of them will work).
