[DUPLICATE] Npc from garrison HORDE (primal spirit merchant) don't wanna sell anything

Bug description: Npc should sell dreanor materiels just like aliance merchant in aliance garrison https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=84246&name=ashley-zerep for primal spirit. This is mostly for now (without fixed ENTIRE garrison on dreanor) only way get those crafting materiels to make tmogs, gliders, enchants (like 100 mastery + 2% speed). Aliance can buy this stuff but horde cannot with means is very not fair against horde players.
