Bug description: Problem with quest named : Rune Ruination : Runesage Floki ... The problem is hes not killable, I found that he appears for milisecond after relog and he cannot be hit then disappears, been discusing this with other DHs on the place and all people have same issue.
Proof: I dont have proof cause I have no video recorder

Please try to complete some of the world quests nearby and also abandon the quest and delete your cache folder just in case. That seemed to solve the phasing issues with the NPC for some players.
