CD Vendetta + Soulsap Shacklrs artifact

Vendtta it has CD 1,27 MIN ,but i have Soulsap Shacklrs artifact relic which should lowers the CD by 48 seconds...but this effect is not apply to us!!!!

1,27min-48sec=28.2 sec....

The effect is already applied to Vendetta.

i tried..this effect does not work..the CD for Vendetta is unchanged!!! Please check! tks

Base Cooldown for vendetta is 2 mins. To test if it works, simply take off your weapon and check the cooldown of it.

The trait works fine, bring proper proof.

Each level drops the cd on vendetta, the more lvls you got the less is the cd, the soulsap shackles has that trait in them, helping you increase the lvl of the trait and reducing the cd on the Vendetta by 48 seconds from ITS BASE cd that is 2mins and not 1.27mins that you say.
