Bug description: I can't get the quest "Removing Obstacles" from NPC Toryl wich is not where it supposed to be to give me the quest. I'm Exalted in Suramar and I did all the others storylines, I can't see what I missed. I can't do the storyline "Jandvik's Jarl" to get the flying ability because of that ...

According to the database, this is the first quest of the questline.

You already completed that quest, and other quests from this questline. That's why I asked you what was the last quest you completed, not the "starting quest for that part of the questline".

You should check https://wow.gamepedia.com/Suramar_storyline and follow it as planned, along with using youtube videos for when you get lost.
In addition, this macro is helpful when looking for quests (replace the "00000" with the quest ID from our database).
