when purchasing these items [Captain Sander's Returned Band (Item ID: 128172) Dread Pirate Ring (Item ID: 122529) Polished Legplates of Valor (Item ID: 122251)]Heirlooms items were not added to the collection.is there any way to fix this.items were purchased with a vote.the store displays what I have (you already own this) but they are not in the collection

Try to relog or wait a bit. Make sure you're checking the right character. Otherwise, please provide proof of it.

very long did not appear in the collection(4-5 hours passed), but now everything is in place.thank you very much
