Bug description: Currently the mobs linked above are not behaving as they are supposed to.

1. Rockbound Pelters and Rockbound Trappers are spam casting Jagged Disc on ALL targets. The spell has no internal cd whatsoever and they also stop to cast instead of following the tank.
I'm not 100% sure about the icd duration, but they should always follow the tank(i.e. highest threat target) and cast on other players ONLY if the tank is within 35 yards. Otherwise they should just follow and not cast.

2. Mightstone Breakers have a similar behaviour, they stop while following the tank to cast Avalanche although this isn't spammed as Jagged Disc it should only be casted if the tank is within 35 yards of the mob.

3. Blightshard Shapers are the same as the Breakers, they will follow but stop to cast on other players even if the tank is more than 35 yards away.

Edit: I've found the card on Trello and it's obviously not for all the mobs I've mentioned and not live yet. Also, it seems that the spam casting of the Jagged Disc is recent, this didn't happen a week ago.

Hello, as you can check the spam cast of "Jagger Disc" is correct according to retail that's why everyone was kiting 24/7 packs with pelters. As you can see from the video linked the pelter is jumping and spam casting exactly as Freakz this behavior is correct. The only problem is that right now you can't really kite this pack on Freakz because they are not working properly but everything is already reported as you can check: https://trello.com/c/32TMS62T/494-nl-rockbound-pelters-vs-aggro-target Hopefully this will be fixed as soon as possible. This is a general issue about mobs that should be kited
