Greetings,

I bought Tattered Dreadmist Leggings (ID: 122256) with Vote Points. My problem is
that it is not listed in my heirlooms collections.

And it is not written that it doesn't appear in the collections. I have seen that some items do
not appear. In addition, the equipment cannot be improved (from 1 to 90 etc)!

I am already 110..

But it somehow worked. I don't know if you have done something or
it was all me after an relog.

It's usually that it takes a while for the heirlooms to get added to the collection. Most likely, a relog did the fix after some time passed. In either way, glad this is resolved now.
