NPC and Command Board missing from garrison

Character name: Enorcos

Bug description: Farseer Drek'Thar is missing from my garrison. I remember him being in the spot where he should be, but suddenly he dissapeared and i can't complete Den of wolves quest and the Frostfire Ridge questline. Also Command Board also dissapeared from my garrison a couple of days before after an unstuck i did in the site.

Dear player,

Draenor has a lot of bugged quests,
We recommend doing bonus objectives in draenor as these are faster than the quests anyway.
