Bug description: Chain Lightning isn't hitting targets affected by Fel-Charged Obfuscator's cloak aura.

So it seems to be a more general issue, for some reasons spells that jump to nearby targets cannot damage Fel hounds, we've tested it and on other mobs it worked fine, but only on packs made out of Fel-Charged Opfuscator+Felhounds spells like sunfire and chain lightning do not jump on the surrounding adds as it should.
