Bug description: I healed the 5th stage for about 1 h without changing phase

after 5 min from healing in vein I have send ticket/ looked for GM on the world without answer (i need my artifact appearance)

Can you be a little more specific, did the stage count as completed but you didn't progress or did you complete the stage without it counting as completed?

Stage 5. you have to keep your team mate (NPC CARACTER) alive and heal the others before reaching the boss. If they reach the boss and they are not full HP( i don't know the exact percentage) they turn to an enemy on stage 6.
I have kept my teammates alive and healed the other npc before reaching the boss. when stage 5 supposed to end (when all other npc reached the boss or healed) (from what i have seen) there where no npc left and i kept healing my teamate for 1 h (Nearly) and nothing happened. stage 6 did not start. I tried to contact you when was playing at stage 5 but i got no answer.

It must've been either that you made some mistake in the scenario and you couldn't progress further (can't say for sure from the screenshots) or some bug that only happened in your case cause I couldn't reproduce it. And usually, you don't get such immediate GM assistance from ingame tickets. In either way, try redoing the scenario. If the same issue still persists please make a video recording and a new bug report.
