Character name: Tanithra
Bug description: I have completed the Assault on Broken Shore scenario, and have unlocked Deliverance Point visually (all NPCs are here). However, I am still at 0/1 completion within the quest, and am unable to interact with Khadgar. I have tried relogging/reloading, and it has been several days since I initially completed the scenario, but I have yet to be able to progress the quest.

Did you you try deleting the cache folder and retaking the quest ?
