Please delete cache and try to redo the quest, if the problem is still there let me know.

Doesn't work, i did delete cache and abandon quest still the same problem.

I had no issues.

I killed the dragon and it worked fine for me, try to abandon the quest again, delete cache and disable addons then redo.

I also see on your mini map in that SS you posted it shows you on what location you need to go.
