Bug description: First of all, I have to say I didn't use my DK in months, from the start of 7.2.5, so maybe it might be related to that. Basically, my Death Gate spell has stopped working as showed in proof, if I click it it'll phase me out and can't see nobody, and as soon as I move I phase back in and see everybody, but it won't tp me to Acherus, and if I try to click it a couple of times, I just crash.
Then, my Frost Crux order hall advancement, the one that allows you to complete a WQ with a researchable item, is not working either, I researched the item and it's complete but it is not in front of the npc for me to pick it up as it used to be.

Confirmed. Summon Frost Wyrm (Frost Crux) says item not found when trying to use it, dropping the quest and creating a new one doesn't seem to work as it completes but there doesn't seem to be any place to loot one or it just doesn't work.

Death gate works but not in most Broken Isles zones. I don't believe it works from Vindicaar, but might work from Argus zones (don't actually remember off hand), it doesn't work from Aszuna or any of those zones or Dalaran. If you enter any instance it will work from inside the instance, or if you go to any older expansions it will work.

Death gate actually started working back again, but I didn't try it in every zone.

Death Gate did experiance some issues after launch and idk if it still is persistent . The frost wyrm ( frost crux has been reported quite a while ago , you need to wait for devs to fix it ) https://trello.com/c/0tF0o5JW/396-death-knight-frost-wyrm .
If the issue with Death gate is still a thing please make a new report for it . Thank you for your patience .
