I get to the point of saving Chen Stromstout and Chen does not activate. I defeat monster alone. Chen is rescued, get to point of save the children, and nothing happens. Che nor the kids activate, nothing to toggles, etc. so I move on, kill everything, I get a message ready to turn in, and no place to turn it in and not given credit for save the children. I have reloaded, dumped cache, restarted, etc. Nothing wroks. I dumped quest three times and have restarted the scenario, same results.

I couldn't reproduce the issue. Try to unstuck your character and try again. Otherwise, please make a proper report and follow the template (provide link, character name and proof).
