Bug description: as you can see i'm exalted with Darnassus and when i press the vendor Astrid Landstrump she speak's in french and she doesn'ts show any option's to buy the mount's from her. the location is : 43.13 21.81

This npc does sell the mount to me at exalted rep,

Please try deleting cache/unstucking and see if he sells the mount.
