Bug description: I already go to Stormheim and got there reputation and with that i cant do the questline because the NPC that need to be in Dalaran isnt there

Which quest are you exactly reporting? What was the last quest you completed from the Stormheim questline?

If that is the last quest you've completed, then check the NPC where you've turned the quest in.
But those are side quests, they aren't part of the main storyline.

Look for the quests to help yourself get back on track with the main storyline and use this macro:

When you're looking for the quests, use our database and replace the "00000" with the quest ID to see if the quest is completed or not.

i went there, i used the macro and it said the quest is not completed (i put the quest ID) i clicked on the npc and have not recieved any quest

Which quest did you check? Please be more specific about it.

i went now and not even a quest is where it need to be because i went to stormheim flying and to with the npc from dalaran
i mean where is supposed to be a quest it isnt and if i use the macro it will say the quest is not complete

Just like with all the other zones, you need to pick up the starting quest for Stormheim in your class hall from the mission board.
