Bug description: Can't complete quest. Skinning boss works but loot doesn't drop for quest when you loot the boss or skin it.

Scales of Serpentrix are not looted when you loot the boss. https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=129921&&name=scales-of-serpentrix is probably missing or bugged from loot table? Tested on normal difficulty. Actually looks like skinning isn't required to loot it, just looting the boss should give the quest item based on comments posted.
