Nightfallen reputation vs faction change

Character name:Gabriel
Bug description: Nightfallen reputation dropped to neutral after faction change to alliance and even after transferring back to horde, reputation is still neutral. I was exalted before, as I was able to complete the Insurrection questline and therefore unlock the nightborne race. I will link below the Allied Races: Nightborne achievement screenshot as proof but if you need more just tell me and I will provide you with it.

Hello.

Did you try deleting the cache folder ? and can you please a screenshot of your reputations.

Yes, I did try to delete the cache but it was ineffective. Below you have the screenshot of the reputations. I was also exalted with the Argussian Reach before but the rep only dropped to revered so I was fine with that.
