[Druid][Resto] Power of the Archdruid + Tearstone of Elune

Bug description: While using this leg. ring, POTA is being removed if the ring procs. At first I thought that the ring actually autocasts it, but I only see 1-2 rejuves active after this happens, which are probably from the ring itself.
Proof: Test ingame. Go to Dalaran, for ex., and cast wild growth to gain POTA.. watch it instantly dissapear if the ring procs

LE: after a bit more testing I want to correct this
1. POTA is autocasted by the ring when it procs and puts a rejuv on someone. On that someone POTA is being autocasted. It's worse when said someone is far awawy from others, basically wasting 3 rejuves.
2. In m+/raid rejuves go to 3 players/pets. What happened in Dalaran was actually some rejuves went to game objects although the area was full of players ..

Good night. I returned to play after a long time, but soon entering the WOW, my Scythe of Elune does not evolve anymore, stopped at level 33, my traits are full and missing up, but Goldrinn´s Fury is stuck. I have Artifact power of about 40 Billions, but everything is locked does not move. What should I do? Just remembering that when I entered I did all the Dalaran quests from NPC Khadgar asked. I'm Druid class Balance
