Artifact quest stuck, priest

Character name: Fendara
Bug description: Unable to loot the Containment Crystal

I've tried a few times in this dungeon now as Priest and i can see the item and interact with it but no popup window comes up and the character keeps kneeling like it's trying to pick up.

I've tried to relog and delete cache folder and then try again but after the first time trying to loot and fails i get message "object is busy" for any future attempt until i reset dungeon.
I ran a group with a druid and he could pickup the crystal just fine but then it vanished so I could not loot it.

Tried also on heroic but then the key does not spawn.

Please try to abandon the quest and unstuck your character then try again. If it doesn't work then please provide visual proof of the issue.

As for the difficulty, as the quest says you need to do it on Mythic difficulty and not heroic.

First attempt does nothing and character is stuck looting, if interrupted after 10 sec the object becomes busy.

Would it be possible to just put the object in my inventory? Since it seems only me having this issue.

I really can't reproduce the issue. Please try to disable ALL your addons then, maybe it's one of them preventing you from looting the item properly. And sorry we can't give special treatment for issues like this as everyone would want their quest item added and that would create chaos.

I tried to reproduce it on multiple chars and managed, it seems that after you pick the quest item up once/ or the window pops up, the object becomes bugged and continues showing the "object is busy" window. Which means you probably already opened the window once but missed the chance to pick up the quest item based on the tests I've made.

Please try one more time with disabled addons, if it doesn't work I'll confirm this quest as bugged.

I started the game, disabled all addons and abandoned the quest, quit the game, unstuck character, logged in without any addon, picked up the quest, did the dungeon for the 8th time, clicked to loot and after loading the full bar nothing happened and character kept kneeling, few seconds later another party member (drainei monk) loots the item without problem, after a few minutes it respawns but is again busy and can't interact.
