Can't Open Game.

So i have new PC i bought new one and i download WoW and when i click on Launcher it does nothing and after 10 min its opening but not full and i get black screen and its says WoW not responding and then i get like window with cmd and its says press any key and when i press any key its poping again and WoW doesnt want to open at all.

Could someone help me with this? I don't know how can i fix that.

-Move the freakz folder to your program files.
-Untick Read only from Freakz folder.
-Add freakz to anti-virus exceptions.
-Download https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe (32-bit) / https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe (64-bit).
-Update .Net Framework. Win 10: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework / Win 7: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55167
-Run the game as admin. (Right Click Launcher -> Compatibility -> Run as Admin)
