Description: The ability behaves very strange, making it impossible to avoid.

First Platform: The cast time is to fast. On freakz it is 1 second, but it should be 2.5 seconds. Whoever gets targetted by that ability cannot move out of the desintegrate without getting hit.

1) The targetting is incorrect. It should be on random players (https://gyazo.com/479db61643508d0c76abe3b08cc5b56d) On freakz this ability is always casted on the tank. (This seems to work on first platform)
2) Currently it is a targeted ability which is wrong, it should be a static ability. As you can see the desintegration beam cast is coming into the direction of the tank, when the cast ENDS. The beam location/direction should be set when he STARTS the cast and not when the cast ends. (This seems to work on first platform)
3) The visuals are sort of wrong. When he starts casting disintegrate, he is turning towards a random player (which is correct). The beam should go off in the direction he faces when he starts casting. On freakz the beam visuals seems to be random.
