Once the Embers of Taeshalach gets empowered by Catalyzed:

They should trigger an aoe damage on dispell
Name of the aoe damage is Unleashed Flame. This ability is not working at all

Note: Only Catalyzed can be dispelled and trigger unleashed flame. This does Not include Catalyzing presence. Since they are similar buffs i wanted to underline this.
