Description: On freakz, the mob casts the ability on a random RANGE player, this player will immediatly get the barbed spear bleed debuff, even if they are not in melee range of the mob. The ability also doesn't have an 8 yard cleave range or a rangecap at all.
The ability is supposed to hit players within 8 yards.
