[FIXED] [Argus] Cone of Death/Death Fog

Cone of death is a cleave ability that will leave a fog on the ground that should dmg you insta.

The problem is that this fog is doing damage in the same way as this one 248290 > Link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=248290&name=death-fog
Which is generated by Soulblight Link : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=248396&name=soulblight

Fog from Cone of Death and the fog from Soulblight are different. The first one should do instant dmg. The second one should do damage after 1 second, making possible to run out of the pool
