Description: The dinner party buff is working incorrect. We have 3 major problems.
1) Mobs are buffing themselfs with the buff and increase there https://youtube.com/watch?v=8VSTMXkcY5g&t=786:

(look at the boss frames the rage icon, when they first pull the lady, she doesn't have the buff, but as soon as the other guy comes into 8yds range, she gets the buff. This Results in abstruse damage and cast times.
For example: On Retail: Will breaker cast time if the add is alone is 3.4s https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/747043284035305543/747043313634508800/unknown.png , on freakz its 1.7s already https://gyazo.com/6160cbd86ba08dce33b0db3ba2b7e4e4, with 2 guests close it should be 1.7s https://gyazo.com/fc90dc37d8e5d43840fe12c849b0c4e0, on freakz with 2 guest close its 1.1seconds https://gyazo.com/fccfbfa3cb1d63bf802ad132509a2560
2) The mobs are keeping the buff even if they are not close to each other anymore. The buff should be removed as soon as there is no dinner guests in 8 yard range. Proof: https://youtube.com/watch?v=8VSTMXkcY5g&t=786:

(Again look at the boss frames, as soon as Dreuger jumps out of range, he and the baroness are losing the buff, on freakz if the buff is applied once, it remains even if there is no dinner guest in 8 yard range.
3) The buff keeps stacking up for some reason. On freakz you can have 5 buffs on one guest, even if there are only 3 guests nearby. There must be something wrong with how the buff is applied.
