Character name: Nepherim
Bug description: Speaking with Dread Captain DeMeza should give Dread Corsair buff and apply a pirate costume. It should also reward The Pirate's Booty achievement. Since this acievemnt acn be aonly gained once per year, it would be amazing to have it fixed in time.

I tested it on my Demon Hunter and it's working fine. The achievement however, I got it in 7.2.5, but can confirm that it's not working this patch. It seems that the costume is not applying for some races. Worgen in your case, I tested it on Void Elf and it doesn't work either. Additionally, Dread Captain DeMeza should sell some items.

Confirmed, both for the achievement and the NPC not selling any items.
