[REJECTED] Class Hall Bug

Character name: Codeine
Bug description: I followed The guide you guys gave me (which did not help at all) because i cannot obtain the quests, theyre not there, i was on the quest to get the artifact and i deleted it and ended up buying the artifacts, which bugged my character not allowing me to continue to unlock the class hall. Ive spent 3 hours looking for any quests and all the locations where they could potentially be, still nothing.

If you abandoned the artifact quest, start from there. Go back to this NPC. If you already have the weapons, the quest will autocomplete and you will be able to progress with the questline as intended.
