Bug description: Look in video youll se this mission cant be done and i have 2,900 reputation and i cant do 3000 to get my reputation to go at argus god damit and i also have another bug that i cant activate arcane wards and also that one with Find Astoril (A Despetare Journy)

Please try to abandon all Suramar related quests, then log out and delete your cache folder. After that, log back in and take only this quest. That should solve the issue.
