So on all our pulls until the kill, we were never able to stack [Strenght of the sea](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=253901) and [Gift of the sky](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=257306&name=gift-of-the-sea),idk it works on PTR but on Live it doesn't work at all it just refreshes and you still have 1 stack.
