Bug description: Thalysra still missing the option to turn in the quest. The previous bug report was closed, asumed fixed, but, even after following the sugestions there, the option is still missing. Completed a few WQ in Suramar (as you can see in the screenshot, 'The Nightfallen' Emisarry Quest is ready to complete), Also made sure to have the required item in the bag.

Did you try deleting the cache folder and checking again ?
