[FIXED] [General] Marfisi's Giant Censer trinket problems

This trinket has 4 problems:(1)The trinket only gives 10% critical strike damage at ilvl 985 even tho the tool tip shows 24%.(2)Also it seems that after 900 ilvl the trinket stops growing in giving aditional critical strike damage.It gives 24% at 900 ilvl and it looks like it stops growing because at 985 it still gives 24%(tooltip)I know that is because simcraft says it stops scaling after 900 ilvl.But if we can have a 985 strength scaled trinket then it should get a boost on the effect too also i'm thinking..By this logic if 810 gives 10% and at 900 gives 24% that means an increase of 14% in 90 ilvl of the item.So from 900 to 985 the trinket should give another around 13% crit damage and all of it combined should give around 37% not 24% at 985 ilvl if i am not mistaken.(3)This trinket should have 0.85% base proc chance + base Haste and now the +Base Haste thing does not work at all.(4)And in the end the Trinket does not give Auto-Atacks critical strike damage at all because this is similar to https://trello.com/c/bacNtOBZ/315-warriorfury-unrivaled-strength-trait-no-aa-damage
