[REJECTED] [Artifact] No Sanctuary

Bug description:
Hello. So I've started following the rogue artifact questline and killed Felcaller Whitley (as you can see from the screenshot), but then a random disconnect occurred before I was able to loot the "Information" from him.
After logging back in the mob was no longer there, neither was it respawning. Abandoning and re-taking the quest is not possible even after deleting the Cache folder.
Also, I kept going back to the location after every server restart to see if the mob had spawned, without luck.
I would appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.

same issue here i can confirm that this quest is bugged and have done the same thing as above cleared cache and what not you name it Felcaller Whitley is nowhere to be found he is not spawning into phase like he should while quest is active.

something similiar happended to me, but to the next quest of this artifact chain called "cloak and dagger", the item objective are not there, or any npc

Confirmed.
You can't abandon the quest.

As for the NPC, after a while it respawned for me. Did the same happen to you eventually or are you still at the same point where he won't respawn whatsoever?

It has been almost a month now but the situation is still the same. I've been checking a few times per week but I'm starting to lose hope.

Anyway, to make it more easy I reduced the re-spawn from 5 minutes to 1 minute.

Next time please post valid proofs.
