Bug description: Ashamne's bite proc rate in pvp is too low,proof shows from 343 Rip ticks 26 ashamane's bite ticks,used 397 combo generators.not counting ashamane's bite.

Confirmed.

There aren't enough procs but the problem is that not all spells give chance to proc as it should.
