Bug description: The NPC that I am supposed to return my quest to when its ready. Doesn't give me that option. Like the NPC is there but I can't return the quest it just doesn't show up.

Dear player,

Here's what i could find on wowhead about this quest
- it has to be turned in in your class hall
- the npc that you turn the quest in must not be your combat ally (or on a mission)
- you might have to zone-in in your class hall multiple times

I did all of the above. About the zoning-in, I did it 7 times exactly and then I gave up. I've typed .info (the name of the quest) and seems that only 19 people have completed it and there's another bug report about it besides mine. Nothing helps please fix it.

Confirmed.
There is no ending NPC for the Paladin Class Hall regarding this quest.

Wowhead link shows that every class hall should have it's corresponding ending NPC, while on our database, we only have it for two class halls.
