WoW Freakz spell link: Soul Fragment
Character name: Badly
Bug description: When in Meta you have unlimited souls. Also Spirit Bomb and Soul Cleave not working as should work , and can`t see souls on spells so you can`t use souls only if you go in them and use an ability

The fragments issue along with the corresponding abilities was already reported and as you can see here, is fixed and applied on dev realm.

As for the exploit, what are you exactly referring to?

I think that he means that you can create some soul fragments and just spam Spirit Bomb / Soul Cleave because they will deal the same damage as if you have 5 souls regardless how many souls you have at the moment and not be consumed, but that's pretty much what's the reported issue about.

No Fanca is not about that , the problem is that you can`t even use Spirit bomb / Soul Cleave and you get 0 heal only if you walk yourself in the Soul Fragments
